hi, in the last days i had a trouble with my DS708 i can´t communicate with any car and it shows me the label of "Tester no communcating with control unit" and i have the lastest update, so i don´t know what could be the problem.Thanks.Tags: ds708_problems , DS708

Hello,Can you communicate through OBD II icon? It could be main cable or OBD II connector. For OBD II connector, you can try a Chrysler 16 connector or Mitsubishi / Hyundai connector. Please let me know. -

hi,also had similar issue last month but i have to sent mine to autel company in china and was rectified by autel Engineers now okay,learnt that my obd2 connector was change and software was worked on,this could be same as yours,try and get obd connector and see how it works

yes like Erik said I will try the Chrysler adapter , the red obd2 adapter is known for having communication issues, I have seen personally more than a few with the same issue even blowing fuses on bmw so my first try will be the obd2 connector or the cable it self it brakes right around the bend by the tool also causing communication issues. good luck.
